Ingredients:
11 tbsp original cream of wheat cereal
4 tbsp kodiak mix
1 tbsp splenda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Line with parchment paper or spray an 8"x 8" pan or 9 wells of a bar or muffin pan. Set aside.
Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl.
Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until moistened.
Pour (or divide evenly) into the pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Suggested Serving: Serve hot or cold with fruit and/or syrup.
