Flour Less Banana Pancakes (0 points)

Ingredients:

1 banana, ripe

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1/8 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Mash the banana to a pudding like consistency.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

Mix until completely combined.

Heat a sprayed skillet on medium high heat.

Drop about 2 tbsp batter into the hot skillet.

Cook until the bottom is browned, about 1 minute.

Flip carefully and cook for another minute more.

Repeat with remaining batter.
