Frozen Cheesecake Yogurt (1 personal point)

6 servings (1/2 cup each)


Ingredients:

750 gm plain fat free greek yogurt

227 gm fat free cream cheese

6 tbsp splenda

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 vanilla bean, inside scrape


Directions:

In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend together until combined.

Freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions, store in the freezer for at least 4 hours until set or spoon right away for soft serve consistency.

If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour contents into a freezable container and pop into the freezer.

Allow the frozen yogurt to warm up enough to scrape out a serving and then return to the freezer.
