Fruit Clafoutis (1 personal point)

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1/2 cup kodiak mix

5 tbsp splenda

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp almond extract

2 cups unsweetened fruit, fresh or thawed


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine ingredients; eggs, kodiak mix, splenda, milk and extracts in a blender and blend until smooth. Let rest for 15 minutes.

Spray an 8"or 9" diameter round pan and scatter the fruit over the bottom of the pan.

Pour batter into the baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven to cool. Dust with powdered sweetener if desired.
