5 servings (3 tbsp each)


Ingredients:

8 gm, 1 pouch unflavoured knox gelatine

1/4 cup water, cold

2 cups, frozen unsweetened fruit, or fresh

1/4 cup splenda

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice


Directions:

Sprinkle gelatine over cold water in a large saucepan, let stand 1 minute.

Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in the fruit, splenda, orange and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 5 minutes or until fruit is softened; stir occasionally.

Pour into a coveted container and refrigerate overnight until set. Stir, to break up clumps, before use


Can be kept in the fridge, in a covered container, for up to a month.
