Ingredients:
1 can Kirkland canned chicken breast
1 small celery rib, diced
1 green onion, sliced
1/2 small apple, diced
1/4 red grapes, quartered
4 tbsp plain fat free greek yogurt
1 tbsp reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp splenda
1/4 tsp curry powder
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Store any leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.
Suggested Servings: Serve with cut vegetables, crackers, broghies or on a bed of lettuce.
