Ingredients:
3 medium bananas
3/4 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp skinny syrup
Directions:
Put all the ingredients into a blender (except for any added fruit or chocolate).
Blend until the bananas are broken down and everything is combined. Set aside.
If desired, divide the fruit or chocolate chips evenly into the 6 popsicle molds.
Gently mix each before putting the tops on.
Put into the freezer and freeze for at least 5 hours.
I used the sugar free syrup but you can use 2 tbsp of the sweetener of your choice.
Variations: You could add 1/4 cup of fruit like frozen berries or no sugar added chocolate chips. You may have to adjust your points.
