Ginger Chicken Burgers (0 points)

4 servings (1/4 mixture each)


Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken breast

2 tsp minced ginger

1 1/2 tso minced garlic

1 tsp table salt

1/2 tsp black pepper


Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together.

Shape into 4 equal patties.

Broil about 4-6" from the heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through and no longer pink.


Chilling the patties in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before cooking binds them together so they don't fall apart.


Suggested Serving: Can be eaten as burgers or broken up and fried in a skillet until browned and cooked through to be used on top of salad.
