4 servings (1 patty each)
Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken breast
1 egg
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1/4 cup red pepper, minced
3 tbsp dried bread crumbs
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tsp garlic, minced
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the chicken, egg, red onion, red pepper, bread crumbs, hoisin sauce, ginger, soy sauce, sesame seeds and garlic. Mix well.
Divide into 4 even portions and form into patties.
Cook using your preferred method until no longer pink and cooked through.
Suggested Serving: Serve with extra hoisin sauce, lettuce and pickled red onion.
