Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, bite size pieces
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp table salt
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together the garlic, ginger, chili powder, garam marsala, coriander, cumin and salt to make a marinade.
Apply this marinade to the chicken cubes, mix well and let the chicken marinate in the spice mix for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with foil and place marinated chicken cubes in a single layer on top.
Bake in the oven @350F or air fry @390F for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through.
Variation:
Taco Spiced - substitute the indian spices (garlic, ginger, chili, garam masala, coriander and cumin) with 2 tbsp taco seasoning.
Serve as is or use them as fillings for tacos, quesadillas or even as a pizza topping.
