Jerk Marinade (0 points)

Ingredients:

Medium orange, juice and zest

Lime, juice and zest

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp jerk seasoning

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced ginger

1 tsp splenda


Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together.

Add the meat or fish (great on chicken, pork or fish).

Marinate, in a covered container in the fridge, for at least 1/2 hour.

Drain meat and cook or grill. Discard marinade.


Suggested Serving: Delicious served with pineapple cauliflower rice (see recipe).
