Lemon Poppyseed Overnight Oats (0 personal points)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain far free greek yogurt

1/3 cup uncooked rolled oats

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp sugar free lemon pudding powder

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tsp splenda

1/2 tsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp poppy seeds

1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Combine all the ingredients into a small mason jar. Mix well.

Refrigerate overnight.

Eat cold or slightly warmed in the microwave.
