Ingredients:
3/4 cup red lentils
1 tsp vegetable bouillion
3 eggs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Boil the lentils in plenty of water, with the tsp of vegetable bouillion for extra flavour.
When the lentils are soft but still holding their shape, around 10 minutes, drain them and transfer to a blender or food processor.
Add the eggs, garlic and onion powder as well as the pepper. Blitz thoroughly until smooth.
Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with oil, and place over medium heat. Add about 1/4 cup of the mixture to the hot pan.
Thoroughly cook the wrap until the underside is starting to turn golden. Very carefully flip the wrap over and cook on the other side.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Suggested Serving: Serve warm or at room temperature.
