Light Eggnog (1 point)

2 servings (3/4 cup)


Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 egg

6 ice cubes

2 tbsp no added sugar pancake syrup

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp rum extract


Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Divide into 2 glasses.


Suggested Serving: Serve with a bit of cool whip and a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Raw egg or do you cook it over double boiler with milk and seasonings til heated?
