Ingredients:

1/2 cup uncooked oats

1/4 cup 0% siggi's yogurt

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup mango, divided

1/4 medium banana, ripe

6g good protein vanilla powder


Directions:

Add the oats, yogurt, milk, banana and 1/4 cup mango into a blender and blend until a mostly smooth, batter-like consistency forms. Set aside.

Add 1/4 cup mango chunks into a jar and pour the blended oats mixture over the top and carefully smooth over.

Seal and refridgerate until morning.


Suggested Serving: Serve with additional fruit, nuts and coconut.
