Ingredients:
3 oz tuna in water
0.5 oz red bell pepper, diced
0.5 oz red onion, diced
1 oz cucumber, diced
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1.5 oz chickpeas, drined and rinsed
1 oz kalamata olives, chopped
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 medium lemon, zest and juice
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together.
Serve cold.
Suggested Servings: Serve as a sandwich filling, on greens or on it's own.
