Mexican Cauliflower Rice (0 points)

3 servings (1/2 cup each)


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups cooked cauliflower rice

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp table salt

1/4 cup salsa


Directions:

Heat up a sprayed skillet on medium high heat.

Add the cooked riced cauliflower. Heat up if not hot, about 3 minutes. Add the spices and mix.

Add the salsa and continue heating while mixing until heated through, about 5 minutes.
