Mocha Brownie Bites (1 point)

6 servings (1 each)


Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked old fashioned oats

1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa

1 rounded scoop good protein mocha powder

1 tsp instant espresso powder (or instant coffee)

2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

1 egg


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare 6 wells of a 12 well muffin tin by lightly spraying it with oil or lining with parchment cups. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Divide the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes  until the brownies are cooked through.
