Mocha Overnight Oats (0 personal points)

3 servings


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups plain fat free greek yogurt

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup black coffee, strong, cold

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa

2 tbsp splenda

1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.

Divide equally into 3 mason jars. Refrigerate overnight.

Eat cold or slightly warmed in the microwave.


Suggested Serving: Add more milk and top with fruit, cool whip, chocolate chips or awesome chocolate sauce.

I am curious as to how this is zero points? I thought oats had points, or is this 0 on an older point system? Sounds delicious!
