Ingredients:
2 3/4 tbsp quick oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch table salt
1 egg
3/4 tbsp reduced calorie mayonnaise
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Heat a mini waffle maker, pancake maker or skillet.
Spray and add half the batter (about 2 tbsp) to the hot maker or skillet.
Cook until browned and cooked through. With a skillet, flip like a pancake after browned on one side.
Repeat with remainder of batter.
Suggested Serving: These are great for sandwiches and burgers.
