Ingredients:
2 wild salmon fillets
4 tsp basil paste
1/2 tsp minced garlic
20 gm shredded parmesan
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Prepare baking sheet by covering with tin foil and spraying lightly with oil. Set aside.
Dry your salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper. Place on prepared baking sheet skin side down. Set aside.
Mix the basil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Divide and spread the basil mixture on the salmon fillets. Divide and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake 13-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
You can also cook this in the air fryer at 400F for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
Suggested Serving: Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
