Ingredients:
1 large egg
1 1/4 tbsp peanut butter
Directions:
Preheat your mini waffle iron.
In a medium bowl, add the egg and peanut butter.
Whisk together until you have a smooth and well incorporated mixture.
Lightly spray the waffle iron, add the batter and close the lid.
Cook for 2-4 minutes, or until the waffle is golden brown and slightly crispy.
Suggested Serving: Serve with fruit and syrup.
