Peanut Butter Brownies (1 personal point)

Ingredients:

1 egg

1 egg white

1 cup flavoured peanut powder

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp table salt

1/2 cup + 1 tbsp water

1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Preheat oven to 325F.

Spray an 8" x 8" pan. Set aside.

Beat the egg and egg white in a small bowl with a whisk. Set aside.

In another bowl combine the powdered peanut butter, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Mix well.

Add in the eggs, water and vanilla. Mix until combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Cool completely before cutting.


Suggested Serving: You could add 1/2 cup of lily's chocolate chips to the recipe and that would raise the points to 2 points per serving.


If you use the unsweetened peanut powder, add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of your preferred sweetener as well.
