Pepperoni Pups in Pullovers (1 point)

Ingredients:

7 turkey pepperoni sticks

1/2 cup kodiak mix

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt


Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F.

Mix up the dough using the kodiak mix, baking powder and greek yogurt.

Roll out dough to a 14" wide by 6" high rectangle. Cut into 1" wide by 6" high strips.

Cut turkey pepperoni sticks in half.

Wind dough around pepperoni and roll on parchment paper to smooth dough.

Place on a sprayed, parchment lined or silicon mat baking sheet.

Spray the pups lightly with oil and add spice toppings or shredded cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes. Cool slightly before eating.


Suggested Serving: Serve with salsa, yogurt or mustard.
