Protein Pancakes

1 serving (5-6 pancakes)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup kodiak pancake mix
1/2 banana, ripe
1 egg
1/2 cup egg whites
Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a blender and process on high speed until well combined, about 30 seconds.
Heat either a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat or a dash mini pancake grill. Spray lightly with oil.
Add the batter in 3-4 tbsp portions. Cook until the pancakes are set around the edges and golden brown, 2-3 minutes, flipping to brown on the other side for 1-2 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining batter until gone.
