2 servings (1/2 mixture each)
Ingredients:
28 oz canned tomato sauce
3/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/4 cup roasted red peppers (packed in water)
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp dried basil
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until cottage cheese is broken down.
Add the blended mixture to a saucepan and gently heat on medium low heat until warmed through.
