Pumpkin Dip (0 personal points)

8 servings (1/4 cup each)


Ingredients:

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt

4 gm fat free sugar free vanilla pudding powder

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup fat free cool whip


Directions:

In a medium bowl mix together the pumpkin, yogurt, pudding powder and pumpkin spice.

Once it is combined, fold in the cool whip.


Suggested Serving: Serve with apples, bananas, berries, graham crackers or cookies.
