Pumpkin Granola (2 points)

4 servings (1/4 mixture each)


Ingredients:

1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats

2 tbsp pumpkin puree

3 tsp maple flakes

1/2 pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch table salt

3 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup reduced sugar craisins


Directions:

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour out the granola mixture and press down with a spatula to create an even layer.

Air fry at 350F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

Let cool, break up and serve.


**If you want the craisins to stay soft, leave them out before baking and add them back in after.
