8 servings (1/4 cup each)
Ingredients:
15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed x3
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
3 tbsp no sugar added pancake syrup
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Blend or process ingredients for 30-45 seconds.
Use a spatula to scrape down the sides and if necessary continue blending for another 30-45 seconds until the hummus is smooth.
Suggested Serving: Serve with animal or graham crackers and sliced apples.
