Queso Biscuits (2 personal points)

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups kodiak mix

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp table salt

1/2 cup plain far free greek yogurt

1/3 cup good foods queso style dip

1 egg

1 egg white


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a baking sheet by putting down parchment paper. Set aside.

In a medium bowl combine the kodiak mix, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Set aside.

In another medium bowl combine the yogurt, queso dip and egg. Mix well.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and knead/mix until combined.

Turn onto a floured surface and form the dough into a 6" x 4" rectangle. Cut into 6 pieces (2" x 2" squares). Place the squares onto the prepared baking sheet.

Beat up an egg white until slightly frothy and paint each square, tops and sides.

Bake for 20 minutes until each biscuit is cooked through and golden brown.
