Salmon Pasta Salad

2 servings (1/2 salad each)
Ingredients:
300g canned salmon, drained
1 cup cooked fusilli pasta
1 cup green peas
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1 large scallion, sliced
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup 2% high protein yogurt
2 tbsp 1/2 fat mayonnaise
1/2 lemon, juice only
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp horseradish
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the salmon, pasta, peas, cucumber, onions and dill. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, mustard and horseradish. Pour over the salmon mixture and mix in.
Divide in half and serve.
