Smoked Fish Dip (0 personal points)

5 servings (2 tbsp each)


Ingredients:

1/4 cup plain fat free greek yogurt

1/4 cup fat free cream cheese

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp horseradish sauce

1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp old bay seasoning

4 oz smoked white fish


Directions:

Whisk together all the ingredients, except for the fish, in a medium bowl.

Pulse the smoked fish in a small food processor.

Add the chopped fish to the yogurt mixture and fold to combine.

Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.


Suggested Serving: Serve with crackers and raw veggies.
