Steak Marinade/Sauce (4 points)

2 servings


Ingredients:

5 tsp oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp italian seasoning

1 tsp dried parley

1/2 tsp ground allspice

1/2 tsp table salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


Directions:

Whisk together all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed.

Pour marinade over the meat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours.

You can use the leftover marinade as a sauce if you remove all the meat, pour the marinade into a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.


Suggested Serving: Sauce can be poured over meat and/or vegetables.
