Tandoori Chicken Thighs (0 points)

3 servings (2 chicken thighs each)
Ingredients:
1 cup plain 0% siggi's yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground tumeric
1 tsp ground pepper
6 medium uncooked skinless chicken thigh, deboned and trimmed
Directions:
Whisk up the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and spices.
Add the chicken thighs and mix. Cover and chill for at least an hour, preferrably 6 hours but no more than 8 hours.
Prepare a grill skillet by lightly spraying it with oil and heating on medium high heat.
Take the chicken out of the yogurt mixture and shake off the excess.
Place on the hot grill pan and cook until browned, then flip and continue cooking until all sides are browned.
Finish cooking in a 350F oven until cooked, about 15-20 minutes.
