Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey breast
7 tsp thai seasoning paste
1/4 cup diced shallots
1 1/2 tsp table salt
1 fresh lime, zest only
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients. Mix with your hands (keeping hands damp prevents meat from sticking).
Form into 4 even burger patties.
Cook in a large sprayed skillet or air fryer. Around 4 minutes per side in the skillet or 10-15 minutes at 390F in the air fryer.
Suggested Serving: Serve with hoisin lime yogurt sauce and thai cucumber salad (see recipes).
