Turkey Meatballs

4 servings (4 meatballs each)
Ingredients:
1/4 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 cup uncooked zucchini, chopped
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 lb ground turkey breast
1 egg
Directions:
In a food processor, place onion, parsley and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.
Add the zucchini and pulse until the texture is almost paste like. Spoon the mixture into a large bowl. Add the panko, cheese, turkey and egg. Shape into 16 meatballs.
Air fry @ 390F until browned and cooked through, about 14 minutes.
