Ingredients:
3 cups kohlrabi noodles
2 cans white tuna, chunked
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup green onions
1/2 cup green peas
2 packages alfredo sauce mix
1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine noodles, tuna, celery, green onions and peas.
Prepare the alfredo sauce according to the package instructions (omit the butter). Add the dried thyme, salt and pepper.
Add the sauce to the noodle mixture. Mix well and pour into the prepared casserole dish.
Top the casserole with shredded parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
