Turkey "Chorizo" Sausage (0 points)

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey breast

1 tsp table salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

2 tsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp fennel seed, crushed

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tbsp red wine vinegar


Directions:

In a large mixing bowl thoroughly combine all the ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Form into patties or into a loaf to be crumbled as it's cooked.


Note: You could also use ground chicken breast.
