Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with oil. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey breast, italian seasoning, dried parsley, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well.
With wet hands, roll the mixture into 12, 2" meatballs (about 2 tbsp). Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping at 15 minutes.
Suggested Serving: Serve in a tomato sauce, topped with gravy or on their own.
