6 servings (2/3 cup) Ingredients: 3 turkey sausages 1 15 oz can tomato sauce 1 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 can mushroom pieces 1 package spaghetti sauce Instructions: Remove the sausage from the casing, break up meat and add to a sprayed skillet. Heat up on medium high, continue to break up and cook until sausage is browned and cooked through. Add the drained canned mushrooms, tomato sauce and a package of spaghetti sauce. Mix together. Heat up until bubbly, then turn to simmer for about 10 minutes. Suggested Serving: Serve over pasta, veggie noodles, shirataki noodles or on a bun.
