10 servings Ingredients: 81 gm lily's chocolate chips, approx 1/2 cup 1/2 cup banana, pureed 1 cup uncooked oats Directions: Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat. Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe mixing bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between with a spatula, until chocolate is completely melted, around 1 minute. Whisk in the pureed banana until fully incorporated. Stir in the oats until they are evenly mixed in. Using a 1 tbsp cookie scoop, place a mound onto the prepared cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Using damp fingers, press down and shape each mound into a round cookie shape. Repeat until batter is gone (around 10 cookies). Place the cookies in the fridge to set, about 30-60 minutes. Store in the fridge.
