Ingredients:
3 oz apple, diced
3 oz banana, ripe and mashed
1 egg
2 oz plain 0% yogurt
1 oz uncooked quick oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp chai tea, leaves only
1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a large mug and mix until completely combined.
Microwave 3 minutes.
Suggested Serving: Serve with additional yogurt, fruit, a drizzle of maple syrup or peanut butter.
