Baked Yogurt Cheesecake (1 point)

6 servings (1/6 cheesecake each)


Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups 0% plain siggi's yogurt

4 large eggs

8 tsp yupik date powder

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla bean extract


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a 9" pie plate by lightly spraying it with oil. Set aside.

Whisk all the ingredients together until combined. Pour into the prepared dish.

Bake for 40  minutes. When cooled, cover and store in the refrigerator.


Suggested Serving: Serve plain or with fruit.
