Baked Yogurt/Cottage Cheesecake

3 servings (1/3 cheesecake each)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups 0% plain siggi's yogurt (or fat free cottage cheese)
3 large eggs
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a 9"pie plate or 3, 4"mini spring form pans by lightly spraying with oil. Set aside.
Blend all the ingredients together until combined. Pour into the prepared dish.
Bake for 40 minutes. When cooled, cover and store in the refrigerator.
Suggested Serving: Serve plain or with fruit.
