Banana French Toast (2 points)

1 serving (2 slices)
Ingredients:
1 large banana, ripe, divided
1 egg
2 drops vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground cloves
2 slices big little bread
Directions:
Blend up 1/2 banana, egg and vanilla. Pour into a wide and shallow dish.
Soak the slices of bread, both sides, in the banana mixture.
Pan fry the slices in a lightly sprayed skillet, on medium heat.
Watch carefully as they can burn quite easily. Serve with the other 1/2 of the (sliced) banana.
Suggested Serving: Serve with maple syrup and nuts.
