Blackberry Mug Cake (2 points)

1 serving


Ingredients:

24g creamy vanilla protein powder

3 tbsp quick oats

1/3 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp plain 0% siggi's yogurt

1 egg

1/4 cup blackberries


Directions:

Add all the ingredients (except the blackberries) into a large microwavable mug. Mix well.

Fold in the blackberries.

Microwave for 2 minutes.


Suggested Serving : Serve with additional yogurt and nuts.
