Buffalo Chicken Meatza (2 points)

Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken breast

1/3 cup frank's redhot sauce

1 large egg

1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs

1 1/4 tsp garlic powder, divided

1 1/8 tsp onion powder, divided

99 gm light tex mex cheese

1/2 cup red onion, sliced

2 cups arugula

1/4 cup plain fat free greek yogurt

1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

1/4 tsp table salt

1/8 tsp dill


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine the ground chicken, frank's hot sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

Transfer to a sprayed pizza pan and spread out, with wet hands, to the edges. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Pull the crust out of the oven and sprinkle on the light cheese.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Turn the oven to broil in order to brown the cheese. Watch carefully so as to not burn.

Cool slightly and dress with the arugula and red onions.

Mix together the yogurt, milk, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp table salt and 1/8 tsp dill. Drizzle over the pizza.
