Cake Batter Oatmeal (2 points)

2 servings (1/2 mixture each)
Ingredients:
1 cup quick rolled oats, uncooked
4 egg whites
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
60g good protein vanilla milkshake
Directions:
Cook the oatmeal according to the package directions. Remove from heat when done.
Let stand for 2 minutes, to cool slightly.
Slowly add the egg whites while stirring.
Add in the protein powder and mix.
Variations: Substitute the vanilla protein powder with any flavour.
Suggested Serving: Serve with fruit and/or nuts as well as yogurt.
