2 servings (1 - 1 1/2 mini or 1/2 large waffle each)
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
2 oz light cheese
1 3/4 tsp real bacon bits
2 tsp dried chives
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions:
Preheat your waffle iron (mini or large). Lightly spray with oil.
Add the eggs to a small bowl. Whisk until the eggs are combined. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix.
Add the egg batter to the waffle maker, ensuring that the surface is covered. Close cover and cook until browned and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
Repeat with batter until finished. This should make 2-3 mini waffles or 1 large waffle.
