2 servings (1/2 mixture each)
Ingredients:
2 wedges of dill laughing cow cheese
1-2 tbsp plain 0% siggi's yogurt
1/2 tsp dill pickle juice
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dried dill
3-4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 large green onion, diced
1 tbsp dill pickle, diced
Directions:
In a small bowl, cream the cheese until soft.
Add the yogurt (start with 1 tbsp and add more if needed), mustard, dried dill and pickle juice. Set aside.
In another bowl, add the chopped eggs (3 or 4 depending on size), diced onion and pickle.
Add the cheesy dill mixture to the egg mixture. Mix well.
Cheesy Dill Chicken Salad - substitute the eggs with a 1/2 can of drained and mashed kirkland chicken breast.
