2 servings (1/2 mixture each)
Ingredients:
8 oz ground chicken breast
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp five spice powder
14 oz packaged coleslaw mix
1 large uncooked celery stalk, thinly sliced
2 medium scallions, sliced
2 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
Heat a lightly sprayed large skillet on medium high heat. Add the ground chicken and cook, crumbling it as you go.
Add the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, five spice and saute until the chicken is fully cooked.
Add the shredded cabbage, celery, onions and sesame oil. Cook, stirring, 4-5 minutes or until tender crisp.
Suggested Serving: Serve with crispy won ton strips and sriracha yogurt sauce or sweet chili sauce or peanut sauce, sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
